Background and experience
Hughie has 25 years leading IT and business system initiatives for multinational corporations, more recently implementing system/process improvements and IT/security projects for SMEs across industries. This followed a 20-year career as a chartered civil engineer managing major construction works internationally.
Hughie has a proven track record of leadership and delivery for business systems and IT projects/programmes, including ERP implementation, IT security review and certification, organisation design and improvements. He has also managed the set up or transition of all administration systems and process for mergers, acquisition and disposals under tight timescales. His varied experience, interest in behavioural science and organisation design allows swift and effective assimilation of business issues and sensitivities to allow progress and delivery of business needs.
