Our first conversation is about your situation: what you are trying to achieve, the decisions ahead and what has prompted you to seek help. We then agree how Tullitec can help.

Agree the work

We confirm the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fee basis and anticipated schedule. It should also be clear about your team’s contribution and any information or access the work depends on.

Apply TecX360

Our methodology covers understanding the business, assessing the current position, recommending a way forward, supporting delivery and checking the result. We apply the relevant elements to the assignment and explain how they fit together.

Work alongside your people

You bring the knowledge of your organisation. We bring experience of systems, suppliers and delivery. We agree who is responsible for decisions and how progress will be reviewed.

Keep the advice independent

Tullitec receives no supplier commissions for its recommendations. Where our own applications are proposed, we explain their role and the associated costs as part of the decision.
